Cody is from Lafayette, Louisiana, and has been an agent with District South since 2021. After 9 years in the real estate industry, his favorite thing about being a realtor is helping clients through the real estate process. Cody believes his calm and steady personality helps him best serve his clients during big decisions in the home buying process. His philosophy towards the real estate business is the same philosophy that he practices in everyday life: be honest, humble, and kind toward all people and always strive for progress. In his free time, he enjoys writing and recording music and spending time with family.
