If you don’t have Whitney as your realtor, you’re missing out! She was so patient with us and worked with us to find our land to build our dream home. She was even patient with my husband’s schedule working offshore and the baby! She showed us amazing homes that we loved, but when we realized we wanted to build and we found the land, she took every measure to get it for us. Our land has wetlands on it and she even went as far as contacting everyone involved for wetlands determination to get the process rolling. We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to help us buy our first land purchase!

Words can not describe how amazing Whitney is as a realtor! Let me try to explain in a few sentences.

1. She found our dream home and sweet talked the listing agent to show us the house even though it already had a strong offer!
2. We “won” the offer and were under contract!
3. She listed our house and was under contract in 5 days!
4. We closed on both houses in the same week!

Whitney is phenomenal! We bought and sold our home at the same time, a normally extremely hectic process, but Whitney really helped to make the transition smooth for us. She is patient, kind, honest and diligent. I believe she has studied and worked hard to make sure that she can offer her clients the best experience when buying or selling. I am so thankful to have a realtor that I can now call a friend.

Excellent realtor with an excellent eye for her client’s tastes and preferences.  During my multi-year search for the “perfect home” she showed me multiple properties- even going so far as to call “for sale by owner properties” and following leads on unlisted homes that were soon to be listed.  Couldn’t ask for a realtor more determined to put her client in the perfect house.

She was instrumental and thorough in educating us about the steps of the process. Not only did she guide us and advise us, she went above and beyond multiple times to help us feel comfortable with moving forward. For example, Whitney contacted the appropriate governmental entities concerning drainage issues and electrical codes to get clarity on what could have turned out to be a disaster. Disaster was avoided on many fronts due to her diligence. Additionally, Whitney surrounds herself with reputable and trustworthy business associates that are knowledgeable and thorough. These relationships dramatically streamlined all the repairs and consults that were needed. If she recommends someone to you, it is because she has established a business relationship with that person based on trust and accountability. I wish she had been our buyers’ agent when we bought our first house. She will help you in all the ways that she can, and if she can’t, she knows someone worthwhile that can. If something goes wrong, she will resolve the issue with tenacity and swiftness.
