Biography

Candra is from Alexandria, Louisiana, and has been with District South since 2017. A top producing agent in the Acadiana area, ranking in the top 5% of realtors. Experienced in negotiating any property transaction. As a licensed agent since 2014, Candra ensures her clients feel empowered by welcoming extra questions, pointing out important things to ask, and speaking up for them when needed. She loves working with first-time home buyers because she understands how overwhelming the process can be. To help, she developed a home-buying packet that guides clients from pre-approval to well after they get the keys to their new home. In addition to listing all property types, Candra specializes in tackling expired listings with creativity and vast market knowledge. She’s also used her negotiation skills to sell everything from a 6-month rental lease to a 1.5-million-dollar commercial space. When she’s not working, Candra loves spending time with her husband, Kreg, daughter, Stella, and son, Calum. She also enjoys experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, refinishing furniture, reading nearly every book genre, and attending as many New Orleans Saints football games as she can each season.
